Our Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
1. Returnable Items: You may return any unused and undamaged items that are still in their original packaging. This includes all tags, seals, and protective coverings that were included with the product at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that our skin care products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. We cannot accept returns on any opened or used skin care items, as well as any other personal care products.
Return Process
1. Timeframe: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
2. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please email our customer service team at [customer service email address]. In your email, include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
3. Return Label: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please print this label and affix it securely to the package you are returning.
4. Packaging the Return: Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Items that have been damaged, used, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
